21 January 2023 – ACEN, the listed energy platform of the Ayala group, received the prestigious Three Golden Arrow Award from the Institute of Corporate Directors during the 2022 Golden Arrow Awards Night held recently at Sheraton Manila Hotel in Pasay City.
The Golden Arrow Award, a testament to ACEN’s solid governance framework, is given to leading publicly-listed companies in the Philippines that scored at least 80 points based on the results of the ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS) 2021, exemplifying more than just compliance of best-in-class governance standards, but also going above and beyond them to attract more investors.

Dodjie Lagazo, ACEN executive director, general counsel, and assistant corporate secretary, said: “While we have made very significant strides in embedding sustainability in the way we work, we are cognizant that a lot still needs to be done. ACEN shares this milestone with seven other publicly-listed companies within the Ayala group, namely: Ayala Corporation, Ayala Land Inc., BPI, Globe Telecom, Ayala Land Logistics Holdings Corporation, and Cebu Holdings, Inc.
